Corrugated Cartons We are able to supply corrugated cases in various styles and board grades. All corrugated cartons are measured as follows width x breadth x depth and all measurements quoted are internal dimensions. Listed below are some of the sizes that we carry on the shelf for rapid despatch and competitive pricing, not listed are some 600 further stock sizes which we are able to supply at 5-7 days delivery. We can have manufactured to any size and quantity, either plain or printed, cartons to suit your precise needs. All the standard stock sizes listed in both single and double wall are 0201 style only. Single wall corrugated card is best described as having an outer paper (usually kraft), a single layer of corrugated paper followed by a further layer of paper (usually test). Double wall corrugated card is best described as consisting of a layer of paper / corrugated paper / paper / corrugated paper and finally another layer of paper. The main advantage of this construction is the enhanced strength given to the box. This makes it far more suitable for the transport of heavy items.
